9:30 Domestic and foreign cartoonists begin to implement the traditional allegorical fresco for the XXIII Biennale. Location: Humor Park, San Antonio de los Baños.

10:00 Ceremonial parade. Village activities that reinforce the city’s heritage, cultural and artistic values.

16:00 Official opening. Location: Street near the Museum of Humor in San Antonio de los Baños. cultural activity. Opening remarks by journalist Elson Concepción, founder and director of the Biennale. Presentation by the international jury.

11:00 Retrospective exhibition: For Ares!, Humorous toast. Location: Ariguanabo Foundation, San Antonio de los Baños.

16:00 Closing. Location: Humor Park.

Presentation of the Tomy Award / Presentation of the Popularity Award.
