OLGIN – 30th. edition of Romerias de Mayo, a celebration in which “there is no today without yesterday” will be officially launched this Wednesday, when the opening parade will pass between the stadium of the Mayor General Calixto Garcia and the provincial museum of La Periquera, to then climb to the top of Loma from the cross .
But the prelude to this and other events, as is usually the case in the appointment of young art, took place last night in the Herencia sonora 2023 concerts – at the Comandante Eddy Suñol theater – with the Holguin Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Oreste Saavedra (together with guest soloist Antipe D. Stella from Switzerland) and pre-Pilgrimages at Bosque de los Geroes in Plaza Mayor General Calixto Garcia featuring singer-songwriter Frank Delgado.
Armando Ruiz Olivera, President of the Hermanos Saíz Association (AHS) in Holguín, said: Jr: “We intend to hold a big event that enjoys the full support of the authorities of the region and the country.
