American rock band Aerosmith have announced the “Peace Out” tour, which will take them off the stage after 50 years, PL reports.
According to attendees, the event will take place across North America with 40 scheduled dates and will feature special guests such as The Black Crowes, who appeared in Atlanta, Georgia in 1984.
A joint statement revealed that the members of Aerosmith explained that this was not a farewell.

In the announcement, they also revealed that drummer Joey Krammer has decided not to participate in his currently scheduled tours as he wants to focus on his family and his health, the band said in a statement.
The members of Aerosmith added that we will greatly miss Joey’s unmistakable and legendary presence behind the drums.
The rock band’s new tour will be hosted by Live Nation and will begin in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in early September, with stops in the US and Canada.
Among them are the Kia Forum in Los Angeles; Madison Square Garden in New York; Moody Center in Austin; United Center, Chicago; and elsewhere before ending in Montreal on January 26th.
There will also be a stop in Boston for a special show on New Year’s Eve.
