The former president is facing 34 criminal charges that he had to keep silent about, which is rare for this type of person whose ego surrounds himself.

I am convinced that Trump did not expect that he would ever be charged, not to mention such a huge number of charges. He believed that his candidacy in the 2024 presidential election would serve as a protective shield, but he was wrong. It’s unbelievable that this character thinks he’s above the law and that he can do and break it and nothing happens to him.

Donald Trump has always been a millionaire fraudster and gangster, there is no doubt about that, but it is also true that he has the skills to hide his frauds.

This man knows very well the judicial system of this country, which he has approached countless times in order to sue or receive a claim. Dozens of lawsuits against him and dozens of lawsuits on his part against other people went through the courts. It was like a disease for Trump to be involved in scandals of one kind or another. What makes this indictment different is that this is the first time he faces criminal charges that, if justice is done, could land him in jail.

I don’t think that will happen, and if it were due to a mistake of nature, I’m sure the current president would pardon him. You must understand that this is the first time that a US President has been charged. This has never happened in this country, despite the atrocities committed by the various figures who have ruled it, from George Washington to here.

However, the ex-president’s legal problems do not end with the just brought indictment. On the contrary, they begin. In the state of Georgia, for some time now, the state’s attorney has been conducting another investigation into a call made by Trump when he was still president in which he asked that they solicit about 11,000 votes so he could cancel the results of the 2020 election in which he officially lost to Joe Biden. Apparently, the case in Georgia is closed, and it is not known why he has not yet been charged.

Another problem that Mr. Trump has is with the Federal District, where he is being investigated for the events that took place at the Capitol. There is no doubt that he incited his supporters to storm the building to try to prevent Congress from confirming Joe Biden’s victory. Perhaps the example of the Washington Capitol is the worst of all. The whole world saw television footage of these beasts destroying everything in front of them and screaming about the lynching of Vice President Pence and all the congressmen who were in front. What happened that day in the capital of the country was a national disgrace, and it is known that the president was the main instigator of this bestial mob.

As I said before, I don’t think that despite so many accusations, Trump will spend even one day in prison, except that he will be pardoned if he is found guilty; These processes generally take a long time and a lot can happen, including the fact that he will win the presidency in 2024. If so, he would forgive himself. Personally, I am pleased that he had to sit quietly in front of a state judge.
