Cabrisas Ruiz, co-chair of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Trade Cooperation between Cuba and Vietnam, highlighted the huge potential that exists for bilateral exchanges as a result of the signing of agreements in the electricity, oil, aviation and construction sectors.
During the day, four MoUs were signed between Cuban and Vietnamese companies: Vietnam Airlines and Cubana de Aviación; Unión Eléctrica de Cuba (UNE) and Joint Stock Company Power Engineering Consulting 2 (EVN-PECC2); Unión Cuba Petroleo (Cupet) and Petrovietnam Exploration and Production Corporation LTD, as well as Dinvai Construcciones SA and Hoa Binh SAA.
